Christmas Gift Tags to Make
Yesterday’s Advent Calendar entry included some Christmas Gift Tags for the kids to print and cut out.
Here are some more resources you can use, some with your children, some to make yourself.
Gift Tag Printables

Avery Design and Print Online
On the Avery site you can create your designs online, print out and save your projects for the future. You can choose from a variety of sizes and use their images or upload your own. Here is an example of some of their Christmas images:
If you use Word or Open Office you can download the Avery Wizard or individual templates for free. This allows you to create your own designs to fit Avery labels and business cards. You can print onto their products or just onto ordinary printer paper or card. Avery Templates, Design and Print Online and Avery Wizard can be found for your country via the map on their worldwide page
I have created some blank giftcard templates for you in Word format A4 size. They are available to download from docstop.com as follows:
- Business Card Size Template – 8 to a page
- Address Label Size – 16 to a page
- Address Label Size – 14 to a page
Ideas
- Use old business cards – cover one side with Christmas wrapping paper, print out a gifttag image and paste on the front.
- Get your child to draw something seasonal, scan it, resize if necessary and add the image to a gift card template for printing.
- Cut an object from old Christmas cards and paste onto a blank gift tag
- Attach small Christmas ornaments or curling ribbon to your gift tag.
