Payment

Full payment for your Christmas tree and any other services must be made prior to delivery.

We accept payment by Credit card and Paypal.

Pricing is in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice

Delivery

We deliver from late November until just before Christmas.

Delivery to a given area are only available on the dates listed on the website.

We do not deliver to all areas and reserve the right to refuse delivery.

Should we be unable to deliver to your destination you are welcome to arrange for your own delivery.

We may charge extra to deliver to certain areas that we consider uneconomical.

All corporate and apartment building deliveries must be signed for – trees will not be left unattended in common areas or public spaces.

CBD Customers: We charge extra for deliveries to the CBD due to the extra time and expense involved in parking, negotiating elevators and so forth for us.

All items delivered by Christmas Tree Farm are sent by contracted couriers.

Freight charges are based on size, weight & destination.   Customers will be advised of freight costs prior to order being shipped.

We do not accept responsibility for costs or losses associated with orders due to nobody being present at your nominated address, to receive and sign for goods.

We do not accept responsibility for damage to your tree after it has been delivered.

Alternatively trees can be picked up from Christmas Tree Farm or your own courier may be used.

If unforseen circumstances arise and there is a delay in delivery times we will inform you as soon as possible.

Altering your order

You may change the delivery date, cancel your order or alter the specifications provided we have notice by 11:00am on the day before your specified date.

We reserve the right to charge you as if supplied should we receive notice after this time. The amount we may charge you could vary from the full amount or may be reduced by the amount that we are able to resell your tree.

Dissatisfaction with your tree

If you are not happy with the quality of your tree please contact the farm within 24 hours of delivery.

The tree must have been kept in shaded cool conditions and in water.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange of your tree if it is in a poor condition. Trees will ordinarily be exchanged within 3 days of notification.

Setting up of trees

We are unable to set up your tree for you.

Authority to purchase

If you are under eighteen (18) years, you cannot place an order on the website with Christmas Tree Farm. If Christmas Tree Farm suffers losses as a result of transactions entered into by a minor, then Christmas Tree Farm may seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians involved.

Trees supplied may vary slightly due to being natural grown products. All care has been taken to ensure that all information contained within this website is true, accurate & up to date. We will not be held responsible for accidental omissions or errors.

Use of our products

All products on our website are for indoor use only, unless the product description specifically states for outdoor use.

Privacy

Personal information collected by Christmas Tree Farm will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any third party – not withstanding any legal requirements to disclose such information.

We do save all emails received until such time as our legal obligations are extinguished.

We do not collect any personal information on our website visitors through cookies and such like. The type of information we collect, inter alia, includes your address, contact email, contact phone numbers and details of prior purchases.
